US Elite Players Get Quality Instruction From Coaches, Instructors And Pro Players.

Players who play in the US Elite Baseball organization are already good athletes and good players when they join the program.

The goal of the organization is to help them improve in every facet of their game. The developmental process is different for every player, which is why every US Elite player receives a yearly IDP (Individual Development Plan). The plan focuses on improving the weakest areas of each player’s skill set. Each player is treated as an individual and is given instruction by quality instructors. Instructors are chosen with great care. Each instructor must have a stellar reputation, a strong knowledge of baseball, outstanding communication skills, solid leadership qualities and a true passion to help players develop. On top of that each instructor has had a background check and been cleared to coach young players.
