Here is what you need to know.....
The THREE Primary Responsibilities of a State Director are:
1. Recruit #UncommonMen to become coaches for US Elite teams
The Head Coach of a US Elite team is considered the most important position in the organization. This is because the Head Coach has the most impact (positive or negative) on players and parents. Coaches have a huge responsibility to manage a team with Uncommon Standards, and deliver on the promise of creating a positive experience for players and parents. With this in mind, State Directors must have the talent, charisma and ability to recruit coaches to the US Elite program. They must be willing to do this with tremendous discretion and discipline. Many travel programs are expanding rapidly, without cause or concern for who they are putting in a leadership position. At US Elite we are the exact opposite. We are building a strong and sustainable brand. Uncommon Standards is not a clever marketing buzz word. It's a culture and a commitment. It's our foundation. We are committed to putting great people in leadership positions.
2. Offer support and assistance to coaches in every way possible. The State Director is the leader of the state.
3. Oversee teams for quality control according to Player, Parent, Coach Agreement. The State Director needs to be a strong brand builder and brand protector.
*The State Director position is NOT an employment opportunity. It requires a financical commiment to purchase and own the exclusive marketing rights to US Elite Baseball in a given state. State Directors may start part time and build their state to a full time opportunity.
