My name is Anthony Jackson Jr, also known as AJ. I knew baseball was for me at a very young age. It has taught me self discipline, responsibility, patience and camaraderie. Currently, my goal is to be the best player I can be every time I step on the field and to have fun. My philosophy in baseball is Mind Over Matter - and it has taken me some time to grow into this positive mind set. My strengths on the field are my mental focus, keeping a cool head, speed and having a knack for getting on base. My academic achievements are well balanced with my athletics; as top 5 in my junior class and maintaining honor roll with distinction. After high school I plan to attend a 4 year university and study education.
