My name is Adam Dembowski and I am Junior at Hampton High School (class of 2022) outside of Pittsburgh, PA. I primarily play Center Field, but can play all outfield positions and pitch. My goal is to play baseball in college while pursuing a degree in finance and/or pre-law.
Athletically, I am a two-sport (baseball and ice hockey), varsity starter every game since my freshman year. I was the only freshman to make the varsity baseball team (and ice hockey team). I started every game (including playoffs) and batted .357 on a team that won the Section 5 WPIAL division and was loaded with seniors, including four D1 players. Sophomore baseball season was cancelled. I received a Perfect Game rating of 8 and was named on the Top Prospect List during the 2020 Perfect Game Academic Showcase and All Tournament Team in the 2020 WWBA Underclass World Championship. I was selected to the PA PBR State Games. For my US Elite baseball team, I was nominated two years in a row for the Brad Evans Award for the player that most demonstrates the values and standards of US Elite. For hockey, I was voted the Alternate Captain in both my sophomore and junior seasons by my coaches and teammates. I believe this further speaks to my leadership skills and character - to be voted two years in a row (especially as a sophomore) by both my coaches and teammates.
Academically, I have a 3.8 GPA at Hampton High School, which was named as the #1 public high school in Pennsylvania in 2020 by US News and World Report. I was recently accepted into the National Honors Society and I am a member of the National Society of High School Scholars.
When I'm not playing baseball, I like to lift weights, exercise, and train. I also play ice hockey and football, ski, and practice my guitar. I work part-time at Panera and started my own pressure washing business last summer. I am interested in the stock market and used some of the money I made to invest.
I am a passionate leader with a strong work ethic. I am a team-first player who leads by example and believes in out-working and out-competing my competition. I am dedicated to achieving my goals to play baseball in college. I never give up and learn from my mistakes. I am coachable and open to constructive feedback because I am always looking to get better and improve my skills.

Adam Dembowski is a 2022 OF/RHP with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Gibsonia, PA who attends Hampton. Recorded a 6.92 second sixty-yard dash time. Medium frame with a high waist and plenty of room to fill out. Primary outfielder with deliberate, elongated actions into and through the fielding process. Gains momentum fairly well into release, recording accurate throws up to 84 mph in drills from a long, loose arm action. Secondary right-handed pitcher with an athletic, repeatable delivery and some projection to his frame. Fills up the zone from a three-quarters slot that flashes late arm side run through the zone while sitting mid-to-upper 70s with his fastball. Held velocity well throughout his outing, mixing in two different breaking balls for strikes in this look; a slower curveball with 11-to-5 shape that flashes downer action when thrown with more conviction and a short cutter at 71 mph with horizontal tilt to it. Has some projection left and plenty of room to add more velocity. Right-handed hitter with a wide base, low hand start and hover trigger for timing. Whole field approach with good bat-to-ball skills and some present bat speed, staying well balanced through extension. Excellent Student. Named to the Top Prospect List.
PBR PA State Games:
Physical: Lean and athletic, 5-foot-10, 175-pound frame with long strides demonstrating feel for the movements. 6.85 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Open, bent stance with a balanced setup and hands sitting idle on the shoulder, barrel moves downwards towards the hip upon load coupled with a leg-hang stride for the timing mechanism. Generates quick twitch in a short, efficient swing while creating above average ground power in the box. Showed mostly a pull-side approach during batting practice and repeatedly drove the barrel through contact point with authority. Utilized a slightly uphill barrel path and hit into a stiff front side allowing for a 92 mph bat-exit velocity per Trackman.
Defensively: Showcased standout athleticism during defensive evaluations with decisive routes and an advanced first step allowing for coverage to either gap on balls in the air. The footspeed projects a stay in CF, but quality arm-strength should point to the ability to handle two of the three outfield positions. Feet played downhill through the fielding window where he fields the ball off the left foot and smooth transfers created accurate throws to the plate on one hop. OF - 84 MPH.
