Player Statement

My name is Brandon Doubek and I am a catcher. In the field I am very versatile: besides catching I can play outfield, 1st base, and even pitch if I’m needed. I am a very powerful hitter, and I am constantly working on my swing.
In school, I value my academics most of all. As a junior, I’m taking 3 AP classes and am maintaining good grades. Besides that, I’m in the astronomy club, I'm in the Math Honor society, and I play the violin in the highest level of orchestra in my school.
Outside of school I play the violin. I have played since I was in first grade and I plan to keep playing. I also love working out, hanging out with friends, and of course, practicing baseball. I would describe myself as determined, respectful, and caring. I am very motivated to play baseball in college and even at a higher level if I got the chance.
