Since joining my Elite team in the fall of 2020, I have learned the definition of Uncommon Standards. I used to practice once or maybe twice a week in the peak of summer tournament season with my previous travel team. Now we practice 4 days a week in the off season and regular season. Weight training and physical conditioning twice a week is something that I was first afraid of but now I cannot wait to get to another session to push myself farther and achieve another personal goal. My coaches have been amazing by always instructing, staying positive and creating a culture of Uncommon Standards. My goal this year is to be the best teammate I can be and give my personal best effort at every practice and game to help my team compete at an Elite level!
