My name is Luis Saldivia and I am a 2022 student at West Windsor High School South, in New Jersey. My main positions are shortstop, second base, and third base. I can also pitch and I can play anywhere else if my team needs me. I take a lot of pride on my defense, and I have been praised by my coaches and teammates for my soft hands, advanced level of footwork, and accurate and strong arm. I have also been told that I have an above average baseball IQ. However, I love hitting and I am known for my barrel accuracy and gap-to-gap pop. Not only that, but I live for the moments where I need to come up big in a game for my team, offensively or defensively. I also have a very high work ethic and I am always hustling on and off the field. I also don't let my emotions in game dictate my actions. I am also coachable and very open to changing my game to become a better player and overall person. The best compliment that I have received as a baseball player was from a father of a 12 years old player who told me that the videos I post on my twitter account inspire his son to work hard to become a very good baseball player.
