Player Statement

Baseball started for me when I was 8 years old while going to Dick’s Sporting Goods to buy basketball shoes with my dad. As my father tells me, I begged him to sign me up for little league baseball. Since that day, the past 7 years have been filled with a lot of success and the opportunity to learn and work on my skill set as a corner infielder and pitcher.
Because of my height, my coaches have always assumed I was older and the expectations have been higher as a result of this, I have always been pushed by my coaches to play harder and my training has been greater to play at a higher level. I have always enjoyed the process to prove myself while on the field or in the classroom.

I have been a plate and field umpire with Queen Creek Little League. This is the same league where I grew to love the game of baseball and played All-Stars. I also enjoy fishing, camping, and working out. I am also active at church and our youth group volunteers around our community.
